Earthquakes

We had an earthquake today. Nothing was destroyed to my knowledge, aside from my sense of equilibrium.

Very strange to fell the world shaking. It didn't trigger a tsunami on Banda though, so everyone is safe.

Life is SO weird sometimes.

According to this explanation of the Richter scale and what I felt it was on the 3 to 5 scale - I would vote for 3.8 to 4.2 on the Richter scale but I will leave it to the experts. Very much felt (a lot more then in Islamabad) but nothing got broke.

It's kind of like being in a blender for 5 minutes. You wonder if you're having a fit but then other people are feeling it too. Strange strange.

actually - i thought there was something wrong with me. So i did nothing. I was with 2 male colleagues (no water cooler in the vicinity) who barely reacted to it so I successfully fought the urge to crawl under my desk. I hear you :o)
